Quality & Safety

Inspected, documented, accountable.

Every account — whether a small medical office or a multi-floor construction project — moves through the same repeatable service system, with the scope and controls adjusted to the environment.

The DoctorKleen Standard

Our seven-step service process

Walk the facility or project; identify access rules, surfaces, operating hours, risks, exclusions and expectations.

Room-by-room or area-by-area scope, service frequency, responsibility matrix and clear exclusions.

Supervision, staffing, products, equipment, access, communication contacts and launch checklist.

Site-specific procedures, privacy expectations, PPE, chemicals and incident response.

Logical clean-to-dirty workflow with controls intended to reduce cross-contamination.

Supervisor inspections, permitted photo evidence, correction logs and client sign-off for projects.

Complaints, rework, response time, supply needs and renewal opportunities — tracked and reviewed.

Quality-Control System

Checked, corrected and reviewed — on a schedule

  • Opening inspection and baseline photographs where client rules permit.
  • Digital or paper checklists matched to the contract scope.
  • Supervisor spot checks and scheduled formal inspections.
  • Issue tickets with owner, due date, correction and closeout status.
  • Post-construction punch lists with client or superintendent sign-off.
  • Monthly account review for recurring customers.
  • Documented retraining when recurring defects appear.
Safety & Conduct Framework

Trained for the environments we serve

  • Written chemical inventory, safety data sheets, product labeling and employee training.
  • Personal protective equipment selected for the task and site conditions.
  • Exposure-control measures where occupational exposure may reasonably occur.
  • Construction-site safety orientation and hazard communication for project crews.
  • Incident, injury, property-damage and privacy-event reporting with documented escalation.
Healthcare privacy conduct. Crews are trained to avoid accessing, reading, moving, photographing or discussing patient information. Clinical areas are never photographed without client authorization, and any privacy concern is reported immediately through a documented escalation process.
Clear Boundaries

What we don't do without separate qualification

Credibility starts with honesty about scope. The following services are only performed when properly qualified — or through an authorized specialty partner under a written agreement.

Regulated medical waste

Transport or disposal of regulated medical waste, or sharps handling beyond an agreed safe protocol.

Biohazard & remediation

Biohazard, trauma-scene or hazardous-spill remediation; asbestos, lead or mold work.

Sterile processing

Sterilization or validation services, and any work requiring licenses or certifications not yet obtained.
